REFUND POLICY

Our goal at Digiconnects is to make sure you’re happy with the things we offer. Because of the digital distribution model and the way active license codes are delivered, we have particular policies around returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds:

After the activation/license key has been delivered and viewed, products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

You can ask for a refund if you haven’t yet obtained the activation/license key from our system.

Refund Procedure:

Please make sure you haven’t taken out the license or activation key before starting the refund process.

Please get in touch with our customer care team with your order details and the cause for your refund request if the key has not been accessed.

Refund Limitations:

No refunds will be given after the activation/license key has been obtained.

We advise clients to make sure the software is compatible with their hardware before obtaining the license or activation key.
